Viking InterWorks offers a full range of Direct Rambus RDRAM based modules for OEM applications. In addition to supporting Rambus modules, Viking InterWorks can support those OEM customers requiring discrete RDRAM chips.
The RDRAM modules are supported in both NexMod and SORIMM form factors, from densities of 72MB to 576MB.
